Event Details
At the end of the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to:
- examine the underlying assumptions behind the ethical responsibilities of public officials and
- government figures in democratic societies;
- explore key aspects of professional ethics – conflicts of interest, loyalty, duty, subordination;
- give attention to the way in which institutional arrangements and reforms promote or inhibit

TRAINING METHODOLOGY
The training methodology combines lectures, discussions, group exercises and illustrations. Participants will gain both theoretical and practical knowledge of the topics. The emphasis is on the practical application of the topics and as a result participant will go back to the workplace with both the ability and the confidence to apply the techniques learned to their duties.
