Event Details

The course covers all of the fundamentals, beginning with a definition of tourism and an exploration of the tourism system. It then goes on to outline the historical development of tourism in terms of destinations, products and industry systems, followed by a range of more business-focused modules covering areas such as sales, communication, planning, socio-cultural impact and setting up a tourism business.

TRAINING METHODOLOGY

The training methodology combines lectures, discussions, group exercises and illustrations. Participants will gain both theoretical and practical knowledge of the topics.
